Refund & Return Policy
Hi there! We want you to love your Joyreal toys, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll help:
30-Day Happiness Promise
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
- Clearance items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email us first at support@joyrealtoys.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for approval: We’ll email you a prepaid return label (for first-time returns!) or a return address if needed.
- Ship it back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our warehouse. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Full refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Partial refunds: If an item is opened, installed, or missing parts, we’ll work with you on a fair partial refund (up to 50%).
- Need a different item? We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to place a new order once your return is approved!
*Please do not abuse your chargeback function. We will then file an appeal with the bank system and the order amount will be frozen. Both of our parties need to wait for the bank to review the case for 120 days before your amount can be unfrozen and we can refund you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Quality Issues? We’ve Got You!
If you discover a manufacturing defect, missing part, or other quality issue within 6 months of purchase, email us! We’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. (Note: Full refunds aren’t available for quality issues after 30 days.)
Shipping Costs
- First return: Free! Use our prepaid label.
- Second return for the same order: You’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Our mistake? If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, we’ll pay for return shipping and send a replacement ASAP!
