SHIPPING
All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 3 to 7 business days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times, then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country. Please contact us : support@joyrealtoys.com If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states 🇺🇸 and Eur.(United Kingdom & France)
- USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days) or UPS Ground (3-7 business days).
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.), 5-14 days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (U.S. only, extra fee applies).
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship same day!

- Lost in transit? We’ll reship for free after 7 business days (U.S.) or 15 days (international).
- Damaged item? Email photos to support@joyrealtoys.com within 7 days for a replacement/refund.

RETURNS
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. after that, it will be dependent on whether we shipped the product already or not.
