Note: Joyreal does not charge any extra fees based on your payment method. The final amount is shown at checkout.
3. Online Payment Policy (Important)
To protect both our customers and our store, and to ensure efficient order processing, we have a clear payment policy: All orders must be paid through our secure online checkout on this website.
We do not accept:
- Direct bank transfers or manual wire transfers
- Offline payments
- Cash payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Private transfers to personal accounts
This helps ensure that your order details and payment records are automatically matched in our system and greatly reduces the risk of error or fraud.
4. Cross-Border Payment Information
Customers from the UK, Australia, Europe, and other regions can use locally issued Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards to pay on our site. Shopify Payments automatically manages:

6. Common Reasons for Payment Failure (FAQ)
If your payment does not go through, it may be due to one of the following:
6.1 Bank Security or Cross-Border Restrictions
Some banks block international or online payments by default.
What you can do:
- Contact your bank to approve international online payments;
- Try a different card;
- Try Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay as alternatives.
6.2 Billing Address Mismatch
If the billing address you enter does not match the one your bank has on file, the transaction may be declined.
What you can do: Make sure your billing address matches your official card billing address.
6.3 Network or Browser Issues
Unstable internet or browser add-ons may interfere with payment. What you can do:
- Try another browser or device;
- Refresh the page and try again.

7. Order Cancellation & Refunds
