Discount Rules & How They Work
To keep things simple and fair, here’s how our discount system works:
1. Discounts Cannot Be Combined
Our store does not allow stacking discounts.
Whether it's an automatic promotion or a discount code, the system will always apply only one discount per order.
*If your items qualify for different promotions, we recommend placing separate orders to enjoy each discount individually.
2. Best Discount Applies Automatically
If multiple promotions are available, our website will automatically apply the strongest discount to your cart.
You don’t need to do anything — the system will pick the best savings for you.
3. Using an Exclusive Discount Code
If you receive an exclusive code, please enter it on the checkout page under the discount field.
*If the code shows as “Unavailable”:
- Double-check spelling (no extra spaces)
- Confirm the code hasn’t expired
- Make sure your cart meets the code’s requirements

Q1. Why can’t I use my discount code?
Most of the time it's because:
- You already have an automatic discount applied
- The code is misspelled
- The code is expired
- Your cart doesn’t meet the code’s minimum purchase or product requirements
Remember: only one discount can be used per order.
Q2. The order applied a discount, but I want to use my exclusive code instead. What should I do?
- You can remove the automatic discount by going to checkout. Entering your exclusive discount code manually. If the exclusive code gives better savings, the system will use it.
Q3. Do discounts apply to shipping fees?
- No. Discounts apply to product prices only, not shipping fees.
Q4.My cart has items with different promotions. How do I use both?
- Since discounts cannot be combined, we recommend:👉 Placing separate orders. This way, you can take advantage of each promotion individually.
Q5. Where do I enter my discount code?
- Go to the Checkout page and look for the “Discount code or gift card” field.
Enter the code exactly as received—no extra spaces.
Q6. Can you apply a discount after I finish my order?
- Unfortunately, no. Discounts must be applied before the order is submitted.
We are not able to add or modify discounts on completed orders.
Q7. Do discount codes work with gift cards?
- Gift cards cannot be discounted. You can use a gift card with a discount code, but the gift card itself won't receive a discount.
Q8. Why is the discount amount different after currency conversion?
- If you're viewing the store in another currency, the final discount is calculated in your checkout currency. Conversion differences may cause small variations.
Q9. My code works for others but not for me — why?
Some exclusive codes are:
