1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Track your order via the courier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).
4. Change of Delivery Address
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.

5. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
- If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives damaged, please:
- Refuse delivery (if possible) and notify the courier.
- Contact our customer service at support@joyrealtoys.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Lost packages?
- If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, contact us for assistance.
7. Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties (paid by the buyer).
We do not cover these charges. Check your country’s regulations before ordering.
