Refunds & Exchanges

1. 30-Day Quality Support Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Quality Support Guarantee, which covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items that cannot function as intended

Eligible orders will receive a replacement, reshipment, or refund. This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns.


2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective
  • Parts are damaged or missing
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the order

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards for children’s products, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Missing packaging, manuals, accessories
  • Requests submitted after 30 days

Opened or used children’s products cannot be resold for safety reasons.


4. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
  • Clearance items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We apply different shipping rules depending on the reason for the return:

▪ Case A – Returns Due to Quality Issues or Shipping Damage

  • Return shipping is fully covered by Joyreal
  • A prepaid return label or shipping reimbursement will be provided

This applies to:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong items received

▪ Case B – Returns Due to Customer Reasons (Non-Quality Issues)

Including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used items
  • Child does not like the item
  • Returns caused by incorrect address or refused delivery

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us first at support@joyrealtoys.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll email you a prepaid return label (for first-time returns!) or a return address if needed.
  3. Ship it back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our warehouse. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.  

*Please do not abuse your chargeback function. We will then file an appeal with the bank system and the order amount will be frozen. Both of our parties need to wait for the bank to review the case for 120 days before your amount can be unfrozen and we can refund you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Banks typically take 1–4 business days to process refunds depends on your card policy.
