This handy tool is an incredibly affordable device to help bridge the gap between a parent and child. What a beautiful thing! The buttons are a good size for those with poor coordination and the majority of the symbols are intuitive. A parent I provided one to was in tears because not being able to communicate with your child, not knowing what they need is a saddening and terrifying thing. This remarkably straight forward device can ease this stress and allow someone in need to have a voice. I appreciate the manufacturers so much for not pricing out low income families. Assistive technology can be very pricey and so many things are not covered by insurance.

This device is so nice to have for people who are nonverbal or who have difficulties talking. It is easy to use. It’s about the size of a remote control. It’s easy to use. The price is fantastic. I recommend it.

My husband doesn't always understand my live-in elderly relative when they talk. They are using this to help communicate better what it is they need or want to say. I like the custom recordings that were easy to record and can change when wanted. Remember that the mic is at the top of the remote when recording. It would be better if the buttons were raised or more tactile. They are a little difficult to press if someone has less control of their hands. I like that it came with batteries and ready to go. Excellent value for a speaking aid.
